WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN A KIT?
Our design team collaborates with your team to make your vision a reality. Our process involves presenting multiple design concepts through a continuous feedback loop until you’re 100% satisfied with the results. Our kits are entirely customizable, not just slapping your logo over a generic or pre-designed jersey. DNA will create a unique kit to help you stand out from the peloton.
HOW MANY KITS DO YOU HAVE TO ORDER?
While some of our competitors require large order minimums, at DNA, we have a solution that makes it easy for any group to order. While our most economical quantity per SKU starts at ten pieces, we can help if you need less than the minimum. This way, small clubs of riders can get into a custom kit. Large groups can also see considerable benefits when placing an order with DNA, including competitive pricing, online team order support solutions, and shorter lead times.
WHERE ARE CUSTOM CYCLING KITS MADE?
Designed in the USA and manufactured in Italy. Many factors came into play in the decision process when selecting our manufacturing partner. A full-circle supply chain in one region was top on the list. We can purchase most materials within the region we sublimate, cut, and sew. Allowing us to stay in contact with textile manufacturers on trends and technology. HOW DO DNA CYCLING KITS FIT?
The secret is not thinking about it. Forgetting yourself in the ride is the goal. DNA offers sizes XXS-5XL, not including our Youth sizing. Our handmade custom kits are engineered to help you flow and escape in the joy of adventure. Our fabrics are printed, cut, and sewn with this in mind and geared towards making it work and perform better on the bike than ever before. Our goal is a custom design and bespoke fit. WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION PROCESS?
Once the design and quantities are approved, our manufacturing and production team will bring your kit to life. This process can take around 4-8 weeks, depending on the time of year. Steps within the production cycle include the layout of open-shape creative files, printing sublimated papers, prep and cutting of fabrics, sublimation of design to material, stitching, final assembly, quality control, and prep for international shipping. Once this process has been completed, orders are sent to DNA Cycling HQ in the USA for a final inspection before we ship the final product to you!
WHAT'S THE ORDERING AND DELIVERY PROCESS?
When it’s time for your team to begin ordering their kits, DNA Cycling can build you a custom micro-store. This store can facilitate small to large-scale orders through tailored product selection previews, sizing instructions, pricing, and order timelines. By building your team a custom micro-store, DNA Cycling will take on the stress and confusion of the ordering process. This eliminates messy Google Sheets, missed orders, wrong sizes, and manual drop-offs and ensures you’re on the same page and ready to race in style!
Order transit times from our Italian warehouse to the USA span three to five days. Once received, bulk orders are counted for accuracy and prepped for final shipping with packing lists and box labels. At DNA, we deliver your kits wherever you need them. Whether at home, in your office, or traveling to race with your team, we ship them to you as soon as possible, ensuring you get your kits when needed.
CAN I SHIP THE ORDERS INDIVIDUALLY?
Suppose you need to ship out orders uniquely as they come in. In that case, DNA offers a unique solution by creating Mirco Stores hosted by DNA, where your customers can place orders or pre-orders, and DNA can store the products here in our Utah warehouse and ship out kits individually.
