1. What is the lead time for orders to arrive?
While every order can differ depending on quantities and season, a safe bet is to expect 6-8 weeks to receive your order. This is because all our clothing is handmade in Italy. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.
2. How long does the design process take?
Once our design team contacts your team, we will collaborate to bring your dream kit to life. If needed, we will send up to three revisions. Once we’ve decided on a design, we will submit the order to our manufacturers in Italy. This process can take up to two weeks.
3. Can I submit my artwork?
Absolutely! You can be as involved as needed in designing your kit. Our design team has over a decade of experience and can help create the perfect kit based on your feedback.
4. Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes, the kits’ pricing will decrease with larger quantities. We recommend staying around ten items per SKU for the best pricing, but prices can vary depending on the amount and product. We will do our best to give you the best pricing in the market, no matter how many kits you order.
5. Why are your kits made in Italy?
Italy is at the forefront of cycling and luxury. When DNA Cycling was founded in the early 2010s, we knew that our kits needed to be made in Italy due to the quality and craftsmanship that went into their kits. Once we partnered with the perfect manufacturer, we could produce quality kits parallel to none. Once you try a DNA kit, you’ll never go back.
6. Where is the DNA Cycling HQ?
Our HQ is in American Fork, Utah. Designed in Utah, made in Italy. You can schedule appointments for custom team fittings or swing by to check out our retail product offerings!
7. Can I try on products before ordering?
Absolutely; contact one of our team members by calling 801-676-5057, and you can schedule a custom fitting with an expert. These typically take place at our HQ in American Fork, Utah. Bring your entire team or just yourself. We can also mail you sample kits.
8. Can I create multiple designs for different jerseys?
Yes, say you want a short sleeve and a long sleeve jersey. Our team can create a unique design for each product—something you cannot find anywhere else.
9. Can I order kits for the youth/high school team?
DNA Cycling has worked with NICA teams since the commencement. Our ethos aligns perfectly with “more kids on bikes.” As the majority of our employees, we have been NICA coaches at some point. We would love to work with your team to create the perfect kit for your team.
